As a senior, I was tasked with a completing an action project. For this project, I had to go out into my community and find a way to serve. I have always had a passion for sustainability and taking care of the environment. Because of this, I centered my project around cutting down on the use of plastic in my community. I did this by working with the restaurant I work at to switch to more sustainable options for containers and straws.
